I arrived in America with an engineering degree, a deep curiosity, and an unshakeable belief in what's possible. As a first-generation American immigrant, I earned every room — learning not just the technical craft, but the leadership language that moves organizations.

Over 26 years, I've progressed from software developer to Vice President — leading technology across healthcare, insurance, and financial services. I've championed AI adoption that transformed how organizations operate, managed integrations worth hundreds of millions, and built data platforms that became the backbone of enterprise decisions.

Along the way: a Yale MBA, a black belt in karate, a trek to Everest Base Camp, a nonprofit that has taught 1,500+ students technology for free, and a beautiful family that grounds everything. The thread connecting it all — a belief that growth is always possible.
