I arrived in the United States in 1999 with an engineering degree from India and spent 26 years building a career across healthcare and insurance technology — from software developer to Vice President, from individual contributor to leading 180 technologists across three continents. A Yale MBA in 2017 gave me a new language for the work I had already been doing.
